Huni urib is at the cutting edge, through its 20% Free Carry Interest and 20% Shareholding in Lepidico Ltd's (ASX - LPD) Namibian operations. !Huni-/Urib Holding Company (Pty) Ltd ("Huni Urib") was established to facilitate a transaction between LiCore Mining (PTY) Ltd of Namibia and Desert Lion Energy Inc during 2017. LiCore Mining was the original owners of the Claims on and surrounding the Rubikon mine. An agreement was reached with the owners of Helikon and the Owners of Epl 5439 covering a much larger exploration area. The name comes from a local Namibia language meaning Strength, to be Strong.

 

Lepidico Ltd (ASX listed Code: LPD) Defininative Feasibility Study ("DFS") for Phase 1 of the development of the Karibib Lithium Project in Namibia

 

Some of the high lights are:: Definitive Feasibility Study as published by Lepidico indicates an attractive Phase 1 Project economics within 12 months from commencement with a 31% Internal Rate of Return and NPV, at a discount rate of 8%, of US$221 million (A$340 million) ungeared, based on a 14 year production life.

Exploration for Gold and Base Metals

 
The comapny has consideral experience in exploration and mine deveolpment in Namibia and has entered into a cooperation agreement with Thabex Limited, a Junior Mining Company based in Johannesburg in South Africa, to assist in the exploration and development of additional EPL's held by the company for gold and base metals.
